Archetypal Astrological Counseling

My fiance Becca Tarnas just launched the website for her archetypal cosmology consultation practice. Her approach to psyche-cosmos correlations could be understood as an extension of depth psychology beyond just the personal and (human) collective unconscious into the interplanetary unconscious. In how far have the actions of men given a new dimension to Plotinus’ IIIrd cy. quote since then ?

Does the Earth’s position in relation to the Sun at the time of birth and at a given location matter at all, astrologically speaking ?

Is there nothing in between planets that might be astrologically relevant ?

In how far does astrology imply determinism, hence tyranny ?

Aside from the dividing political postures arising from the question, does the time spent in the womb account for nothing on an astrological level ?

When is one born ? And how many times ?
