    Great post, thanks. I agree that the spirit of cybernetics is largely lost in modern science, which is a shame. I hope to be part of a movement to continue on in that spirit.

      Glad you enjoyed it, Joe. I’m not too worried about science… it sometimes take a while for new discoveries to transform the culture at large. We’re still getting caught up with the quantum and relativistic paradigm shifts… cybernetics, systems theory, and ecology (which I think are actually all quite deeply related) will probably take a century to integrate. I hope civilization can hold it together long enough… we’re learning.
