Intelligence has no limits; it least the limitations are those related to the universe or pluriverses. The only limitation is related to the fractalized intelligence regarding its intrinsic potential that can be actualized. The Skills to IDentify is implicitly embedded within one’s intelligence after actualized – being Con-Skilled; having the skills to actualize coherently (Bohm) with the highest orders of the universe.
